Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrepCentral mobile app (the "App"), operated by [LLC legal name], a Montana limited liability company ("PrepCentral", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Not affiliated with any government body

PrepCentral is an independent exam-preparation app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government, ministry, recruitment board or exam-conducting body (such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS, RRB or the Indian Armed Forces). Exam dates, notifications and patterns shown in the App are compiled from official public sources for convenience and may change; always confirm them on the official website of the exam-conducting body.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and use the App only for your own preparation.
• If you are under 18, use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or publicly share the App's questions, tests or content; not to interfere with or attempt to bypass the App's security; and not to create multiple accounts to misuse rewards or referrals. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Pro subscription

• Pro unlocks paid tests and features. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings (also reachable from Manage Subscription in the App). Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Content and results

We work hard to keep questions, answers and explanations accurate, but we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that using the App will lead to selection in any exam. Percentiles and analysis are estimates based on students who used the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by PrepCentral or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the App and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@prepcentral.in. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
