Delete your account

Last updated: 21 October 2026

You can delete your PrepCentral account here, or in the app under Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your mobile number, name and profile
• Your exam choices, test attempts, answers, scores and results
• Your coins, referral code and referrals
• Your sign-ins on every device

What we keep

Records of payments you made (amount, date, plan and order IDs) are kept, no longer linked to your number or name, because the law requires us to keep financial records.

Before you delete

If you have a Pro subscription through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it there first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it, and only you can cancel it in the store.
